Cersaie attracted a whopping 112,000 visitors including more than 50000 international visitors, confirming its international appeal. There was a strong media presence in Cersaie, reflected in the presence of 1044 journalists – of which 40% were from outside Italy. The 12 Press Cafés were well attended and editors of reputed international magazines discussed various topics of design & architecture. This year’s show also showed improvement in the quality of exhibits and the presence of 889 exhibitors from 40 countries including 342 non-Italian exhibitors.
The Writing is On the Wall: Designer Ceramic Tiles & Wallpapers at CERSAIE 2019
Ceramic Tile was the best represented sector at CERSAIE 2019 with 458 companies, followed by bathroom furnishings with 214 exhibitors reaffirming the importance of the exhibits.

Another exhibitor that caught our eye was Londonart – Londonart showcased its new GlassCollection at CERSAIE 2019, an exclusive water- resistant wallpaper collection designed specially for the bathroom and other wet areas of your house. In tune with the theme of personalized bathrooms, GlassCollection from Londonart is an extension of art beyond boundaries for bathrooms that are contemporary yet bring in a touch of retro and fantasy. Each design from the GlassCollection is exquisite, dipped in imagination and beauty.
Cersaie Designs Your Home – Another interesting section at the event was “Cersaie Designs Your Home” – an event aimed to reach out the discerning end-consumer. This initiative saw designers from leading Italian interior design magazines offering free design advice to members of the general public intending to purchase or renovate homes.
Cersaie Designs Your Home welcomed the participation of a selection of Cersaie exhibitors in both the ceramic tile and bathroom furnishing sectors.
