Red Dot Brewhouse
Local talent Ernest Ng started out concocting his own beers in his home and was a self-trained brewer. When her finally opened up his own brewhouse, he designed the set up of the brewing equipment that boasts a total brew capacity of 8000 litres. The beers here retain a unique aroma as the beers are delivered straight from the fermenter unfiltered.

3 friends set about creating a jungle brew that’s characteristic of the tropics and this gave birth to Jungle Beer. Every batch of brew is a limited edition and some flavours boast a citrus lift of tropical fruits. Do try out their award-winning fruity brew, theTropical Wheat that has been infused with Mango and Orange. The intense cirtusy flavour of Brazillian Orange complements the ripe notes from the Mango making it a refreshing brew.

Very much focused on brewing traditional heritage recipes in state of the art equipments by SALM & Co Gmbh, the site boasts 8000 kilograms of tanks and brew house kettles that are placed in full view of patrons. Favourites are the 33.1 Blond Lager, 33.2 Pale Ale, 33.3 Stout and 33.4 House Porter.
