Head on over to Swiss Butchery at Tanglin Road from 11am – 5pm on 14 – 15 December for a taste of its latest offerings of premium meats, seafood and wines.
Meat gourmands who are looking to take home more than just the regular supermarket finds will be pleasant surprised at Swiss Butchery’s tasting event this weekend.
The sample spread will include premium sashimi-grade offerings from Swiss Butchery’s recent partnership with Far Ocean, a global export brand for long-line fishes to Russia, Europe, U.S and Japan. All fish are caught from the Atlantic Ocean and South China Sea, before being placed in chillers at 45 degrees on board the vessels to ensure absolute freshness of the products.
You can expect favorites such as top grade swordfish belly and oilfish slices, and even Alaskan King crab legs. These are available at all of the gourmet meat provider’s outlets, for the cheapest prices in town.
Also look forward to digging in to various cuts of deliciously cooked Argentinian pampas grass-fed beef from Swiss Butchery, which is known for its distinctive flavor, amongst others.
