Following the success of its Asia Square outlet, The Lo & Behold Group expands its healthy yet sumptuous pizza concept with a flagship store situated at United Square.
Bringing their signature design style to United Square, The Lo & Behold Group surprises diners with a funky new design by Singapore-based architectural and interior design firm Takenouchi Webb. Taking key elements from the original design, the new outlet cleverly incorporates the same hand-made red and green ceramic tiles, pine veneer and red colour band to create a space that is refreshing yet relatable.
Catering to the vibrant commercial/residential area of Novena-Thomson, the menu features a total of thirteen pizzas, coupled with a variety of small plates and desserts. Each pizza is baked on-the-spot in brick ovens that give them their unique shape, charred crust and undeniable freshness. For a simple fuss-free delight, try the Pistachio Pesto that is made with a wholesome pistachio pesto base and topped with baby arugula and lemon vinaigrette.
Designed for sharing as well as an alternative to pizzas, Extra Virgin Pizza also offers a wide selection of mains including Spaghetti and Meatballs, Oven-fired Clams and Grilled Skirt Steak Salad. Ending on a sweet note, indulge in the signature Warm Brownie Sundae topped with vanilla bean ice cream or the one-of-a-kind Nutella Panna Cotta finished with some vibrant fresh berries.
